【摘要】 2004年应用新型的杏专用促干剂对轮台小白杏进行了制干试验。结果表明,用促干剂处理所需的天数,比对照正常晾晒制干的方法有所缩短,促干剂处理的杏干出干率高于对照3.1个百分点。用促干剂处理的杏干,其黄色杏干的比率为95.3%,比传统的晾晒制干法高14个百分点,且杏干色泽鲜亮。无药斑和药味,外观品质明显优于对照。更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel apricot - specific drier was used in the study of dry process of Xiaobaixing native to Luntai. Our results indicated that the drier could slightly reduce the days of dry process comparing with the traditional procedure of exposure to sunlight. The ratio of dried apricot with drier was higher 3.1% than CK., The ratio of yellow dried apricot with the treantment of drier reached 95.3% , higher 14% than CK. The products dried from drier had comfortable surface color without bad taste.更多还原
