【Abstract】 In this paper, based on management mechanism,the instructive discussion and analysis were conducted on the problems of water resources in Tarim Basin ,which sericusly affected the ecological environment ,particularly economic development in locality,especially in middle and lower reaches of Tarim Basin.Some new ideas have been propsoed for encouraging sustainable water use through appropriate institutional rearrangements characterized by broad-based farmer participation, macro-micro linkages as well as compatible incentives, particularly at the time of China’s ever-strong"go west" initiatives.更多还原
