【摘要】 简要介绍了轮胎厂热水除氧加热系统的工作原理、运行方式和在运行过程中存在的问题。介绍了喷射技术、蒸汽喷射器的原理和结构以及在除氧加热系统中的应用。将使用蒸汽喷射器替代热水循环泵对除氧加热系统进行循环加热的效果进行了对比,认为应用蒸汽喷射器可以起到节能、安全、高效、方便的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A brief presentation was made of the working principle,running mode and problems in running with the deaeration heating system for tyre making factories.Presentation was also made of theprinciple and structure of the injection technology and steam injector and their application in the de-aeration heating system.The results of circulated heating of the deaeration heating systems were com-pared by using steam injector to replace the hot water circulation pump.It is found that the application of steam injector can enable the effects of save energy,ensure safety,high efficiency and convenience.更多还原
