硫化机横梁结构的有限元分析及优化
Finite element analysis and optimization of curing press cross beam structure
【摘要】 利用I-DEAS软件分别建立了2种有限元模型,对硫化机横梁结构进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果对结构进行了相应改进,降低了生产成本。有限元分析计算结果与实验测试结果相符,说明这种有限元建模是合理的,可准确模拟硫化机结构真实的应力分布及变形情况,为此类型机械产品的计算分析提供了一种可靠的解决方案。
【Abstract】 Set up two finite element models with I-DEAS software separately, analyzed the curing press cross beam structure with finite element analysis, and having the structure modified based the analyzed result, decreased the cost of production. The finite element analysis calculated result complied with the experimental test result, that meaning the finite element model setting up is reasonable, it could be exactly simulating the stress distribution of the real curing press structure and the deformation. This pro- vided a treatment solution for the calculation analysis of this kind of machinery product.
