NR/改性气相法白炭黑复合材料的性能研究

【摘要】 在改性气相法白炭黑填充NR胶料中加入粘合剂RH,研究粘合剂RH用量对胶料性能的影响,并与偶联剂Si69/气相法白炭黑胶料进行对比。结果表明,粘合剂RH的加入明显改善了硫化胶的物理性能,拉伸强度提高10%以上;粘合剂RH用量为4份时,硫化胶的综合物理性能最佳;有机改性剂M2改性气相法白炭黑参与了橡胶的共硫化,使硫化胶的交联密度增大;偶联剂Si69对硫化胶物理性能的改善效果不及粘合剂RH。

【Abstract】 The effect of the additional level of adhesive RH on the properties of NR/modified fumed silica compounds was investigated and these properties were compared to those of NR/Si69/silica compound.The results showed that the physical properties of vulcanizate improved significantly by adding adhesive RH,e.g.the tensile strength increased by above 10%;the vulcanizate with the best comprehensive physical properties was obtained by adding 4 phr adhesive RH;the fumed silica modified by the organic modifier M2 participated the covulcanization with NR to increase the crosslink density of vulcanizate;and the coupling agent Si69 was poorer than the adhesive RH for improving the physical properties of vulcanizate.
