【Abstract】 Since the 20th century, a large number of new nations have been founded while the western colonialism and hegemonism have begun to decline. Henceforth, many ethnic cultures worldwide have attained new meanings which have become the flags held high by all the ethnicities to safeguard their respective interests. Under certain historical circumstances, however, the cultural nationalism may easily go to the extremes, thus forming the background and causes of ethnic conflicts. Meanwhile, the worldwide ethnic issues triggered by ethnic and cultural conflicts provide many insights and revelations for the development of nations and diverse cultures.更多还原
