【摘要】 目的探讨c-met在骨髓干细胞心肌内移植后血管新生过程中的作用。方法对急性心肌梗死大鼠进行骨髓单个核细胞心肌内移植,免疫荧光检测c-met蛋白的表达。结果骨髓单个核细胞心肌内移植之后,不仅在移植细胞周围有c-met蛋白的表达,在远离细胞移植区域的心肌组织也可以有c-met蛋白的表达。结论骨髓干细胞心肌内移植可以促进心肌组织表达c-met蛋白。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the role of c-met in the course of bone marrow stem cells heart transplantation.Lewis rats accepted bone marrow mononuclear cells heart transplantation after left anterial descending coronary ligation.Then c-met protein expression in the heart was measured by immunofluorescence.Results After bone marrow mononuclear cells heart transplantation,c-met expression was not only in the site around the cells transplanted,but also in the heart tissue far from the site where the cells were transplanted.Conclusions Bone marrow stem cells heart transplantation promotes the heart tissue to express c-met protein.更多还原
