【摘要】 目的观察/介绍一种经济实用的术中利用自体血源的采血方法。方法选择血红蛋白(Hb)>120g/L、上肢前臂浅静脉血管充盈条件较好的成年心胸手术患者,利用麻醉前已建立的上肢静脉通路在术中实施自体采血并行急性等容血液稀释。结果自体采血期间,血压(BP)、心率(HR)、心电图(ECG)、中心静脉压(CVP)等各项监测指标无明显改变,血流动力学较稳定,组织灌注良好,SpO2≥98%。多数患者在出手术室前无需再输库血,手术后血水引流及库血用量明显减少。到目前为止,未见血液污染及输血并发症。结论该方法操作简便、安全可靠、节约库血、经济实用,并有利于患者术后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was designed to observed a practical and money-saved method of autoblood collection and transfusion during the operations. Methods Cardiothoracic surgical adult-patients with Hb>120g / L and the well-engorged forearm veins were selected to collect their autoblood through the venous route which was set up before anesthesia, and, at the same time, conduct acute volume-controlled blood dilution. Results During autoblood collection, all monitoring indexes, for example, the BP, HR, ECG, CVP, and et al, were all in normal ranges, and the blood flow dynamics was stable; the tissues were perfused well and SpO₂≥98%. Majority of the patients didn’ t need to be transfused with bank blood before leaving operating rooms, and the postoperative amount of bleeding and bankblood transfusion was reduced. Conclusion It’io an easy manipulating, safe, bankblood and money-saving, and practical method, and in favor of the postoperative recovery of the patients.更多还原
