【摘要】 目的了解我国艾滋病孤儿所在地区教师对艾滋病孤儿问题的认识程度,为进一步开展对艾滋病孤儿的关怀提供线索。方法选取5个中国政府和联合国儿童基金会合作艾滋病孤儿关怀项目县,对艾滋病孤儿所在村小学和初中教师1 060名进行问卷调查。结果50%以上教师不了解自己所教的学生中有多少艾滋病孤儿,也不会识别艾滋病孤儿的情感行为问题。近1/3的教师没有认识到艾滋病孤儿有心理支持的需求,还有一些教师不愿意接近艾滋病孤儿。50%以上的教师没有对艾滋病孤儿给予学习上的特别照顾。近1/3的教师对艾滋病预防关爱知识不清楚,近2/3的教师不了解基于生活技能的艾滋病预防教育。结论应加强教师在艾滋病孤儿问题识别和有效应对上的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the teachers’ awareness on the problems of AIDS orphans in the area where AIDS orphans live,and to provide evidence for the further study.Methods Five ChinaUNICEF AIDS orphan care counties were selected.Questionnaire survey was conducted among a total of 1 060 teachers in the primary and secondary schools in the counties where the AIDS orphans lived.Results More than 50% teachers didn’t know the number of AIDS orphans among their students and couldn’t identify the AIDS orphans’ emotional problems.Nearly 13 of the teachers had no cognization of orphans’ needs of psychological supports,furthermore,some teachers didn’t willing to be close to the orphans.Over 50% of the teachers took no special care of the AIDS orphans in studying.Nearly 13 of the teachers were not familiar with AIDS care and prevention knowledge,and approximately 23 of the teachers didn’t know AIDS prevention education based on life skills.Conclusion Teachers’ skills of identification on AIDS orphan problems and coping strategies should be enhanced.更多还原
