【摘要】 目的探索“周氏脐刀”和“脐孔操作镜鞘气囊”做脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术以及其它腹部手术的微创优点。方法用“周氏压痛点”指导适应证;用自制器械,借助腹腔操作镜从脐右侧壁入腹,对113例阑尾炎患者实施阑尾切除手术。结果113例全部成功。结论在新的理念指导下,用新的独创器械,实施脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术成为一种成熟手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the advantages of the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus with Zhou’s umbilicus lancet and trocar balloon.Methods We performed the operation on 113 patients with our newly-developed surgical instruments guided by Zhou’s tenderness point.Results The operation was successful in all the patients and no complication was found.Conclusion The peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus with Zhou’s umbilicus lancet and trocar balloon has successfully cured patients with less trauma and better cosmetic result.This kind of operation will be successful and applicable in clinical settings.更多还原
