【摘要】 目的　探讨亲水性敷料用于腹部术后切口护理中的价值。方法　通过35名直肠癌、结肠肿瘤、胃癌患者的腹部手术切口做自身对照试验,对同一切口分别给予使用亲水性敷料(试验组)与传统纱布(对照组) ,并对切口愈合情况及疼痛进行比较。结果　试验组与对照组比较,切口疼痛、细微直线状疤痕发生率及换药次数均有显著性差异(P<0 .0 1 )。结论　亲水性敷料用于腹部术后切口可促进其创面愈合,减轻切口疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患者早期下床活动,能达到省时、显效的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of hydrophilic dressing on the healing of the postoperative abdominal incision. Methods 35 patients diagnosed as rectal cancer, colon cancer or gastric cancer undergoing surgical treatment were given auto-control trial on postoperative abdominal incision, ie, separately put hydrophilic dressing (test group) and normal gauze (control group), on the incision to compare the state of wound healing and the feeling of pain between the two groups.Results Patients received hydrophilic dressing had a obvious alleviation of pain, a lower incidence rate of tiny straight line scar and a less frequency of dressing-change in comparison with controls (P<0.01).Conclusion The application of hydrophilic dressing to postoperative abdominal incision can evidently promote wound healing, alleviate pains, minimize postoperative complications, and facilitate early mobilization.更多还原
