【摘要】 目的评价艾恒(OXA)联合亚叶酸钙(LV)、5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)方案治疗晚期胃肠癌的疗效。方法OXA130mg/m2,静脉滴注2小时,第1天;LV200mg/m2,静脉滴注2小时后接5-FU400mg/m2静脉滴注4小时,第1-第5天。每3周重复1次,行2-3周期治疗后判定疗效。结果32例患者中完全缓解(CR)2例(6.25%),部分缓解(PR)10例(31.25%),稳定(NC)9例(28.13%),进展(PD)11例(34.37%)。总有效率为37.5%。32例中不良反应为3或4度者3例,其中白细胞减少1例,静脉炎1例,肢端感觉异常1例,化疗期间无死亡。结论艾恒联合亚叶酸钙、5-氟脲嘧啶(OXA-LV/5-FU)方案治疗晚期胃肠癌临床疗效较高,不良反应轻,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of oxaliplatin in combination with calcium folinate/5 fluorouracil for patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods oxaliplatin of 130mg/m2, intravenous drip for 2h, at day 1; calcium folinat of 200mg/m2, intravenous drip for 2 h; followed by 5 fluorouracil of 400mg/m2, intravenous drip for 4h, at day 1-5; were administrated and repeated every 3 weeks. Efficacy was evaluated at 2-3 cycles. Results Thirty-two patients have been entered into the study. Two patients achieved complete remission (6.25%); ten patients, partial remission (31.25%); nine patients unchanged (28.13%); eleven patients aggravated (34.37%). Among the 32 patients, Grade 3 or 4 toxicity occurred in 3 patients including neutropenia in 1 patient,phlebitis in 1 and acroparesthesia in 1. There was no death during the course of treatment. Conclusion Oxaliplatin in combination with calcium folinate/5 fluorouracil is an effective regimen for advanced gastrointestinal cancer with a mild toxicity and high safety.更多还原
