【摘要】 [目的]应用荧光定量逆转录PCR(reversetranscriptasepolymerasechainreaction,RT-PCR)方法检测肺癌外周血中CEAmRNA。[方法]用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测30例肺癌患者外周血CEAmRNA,并将其在不同临床病理特征下的表达进行统计分析。[结果]30例肺癌患者外周血中CEAmRNA检测阳性11例,阳性率36.7%,外周血CEA的表达与性别、年龄、病理类型、分化程度、分期无关(P>0.05)。[结论]CEAmRNA是检测肺癌微转移的良好标志物,荧光定量RT-PCR法检测肺癌患者外周血CEAmRNA,有助于亚临床转移的早期发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose]To detect CEAmRNA in peripheral blood in lung cancer patients by flurogenic quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). [Method] CEAmRNA in peripheral blood of 30 cases with lung cancer were detected by flurogenic quantitative RT-PCR. Expression of CEAmRNA in different clinicopathologic characteristics were analysed. [Results] Of 30 cases with lung cancer, positive expression of CEAmRNA was detected in 11 cases ,with positve rate of 36.7%. Expression of CEAmRNA in peripheral blood had no correlation with gender, age, pathologic type, grade and stage(P>0.05). [Conclusion]CEAmRNA is a good marker for detection of micrometastasis. Flurogenic quantitative RT-PCR detection of CEAmRNA in peripheral blood is help for early detection of metastasis in patients with lung cancer.更多还原
