论英国行政法的基本特征
On the Basic Characteristics of English Administrative Law
【摘要】 英国是普通法系的典型国家,其行政法在适用机构、法律体系、法律内容、法律形式和法律原则等诸多方面具有鲜明的特征,这些特征的形成有着深刻的历史渊源。
【Abstract】 English is a typical country of the common legal system,its administrative law has distinctive characteristics in many respects such as legal application agency,legal system,legal content,legal form,legal principle and so on.Formation of these characteristics has profound historical origin.
