【摘要】 目的:研究冠脉内支架置入术后IL-6和IL-10在外周血中的变化及临床意义。方法:行冠脉内支架置入术后患者30例。取支架置入前和术后24 h股动脉血,检测血清IL-6、IL-10,并观察术中、术后并发症。结果:支架置入术后24 h外周血IL-6显著高于术前(215±118 pg/m lvs176±82 pg/m l,P<0.05),而IL-10较术前稍有下降但无统计意义(P>0.05),术后IL-6/IL-10比值较术前显著升高(3.3±1.9vs2.3±1.0,P<0.05)。伴并发症及再狭窄者较无并发症及再狭窄者术后IL-6、IL-6/IL-10比值均显著升高(分别为302±157 pg/m lvs193±99 pg/m l,P<0.05;5.4±2.0vs2.7±1.5,P<0.01)。结论:冠脉内支架置入后引起IL-6和IL-6/IL-10比值显著增加,IL-6及IL-6/IL-10比值增加可能与支架术后心血管并发症和再狭窄的发生有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the changes of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6) and anti-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-10(IL-10) in the peripheral circulation after coronary stent implantation.METHODS: The study involved 30 patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation.Blood samples were taken from the femoral arterial blood before and 24 h after coronary stenting.Serum levels of interleukin 6(IL-6) and interleukin 10(IL-10) were measured and complications were(observed).RESULTS: The level of IL-6 in femoral arterial blood was significantly increased 24 h after implantation(215±118 pg/ml vs 176±82 pg/ml,P<0.05),while IL-10 level was slightly decreased with no significant difference.IL-6/IL10 ratio was markedly increased(3.3±1.9 vs 2.3±1.0,P<(0.01)).In patients with restenosis or cardiovascular complications,IL-6 level(302±157pg/ml vs 193±99 pg/ml,P<0.05) and the ratio of IL-6/IL-10(5.4±2.0 vs 2.7±1.5,P<0.05) were significantly higher than in those without these conditions.CONCLUSION: Stent-implantation-induced elevation of IL-6 and IL-6/IL-10 ratio may contribute to the complications and restenosis after coronary stent(implantation).更多还原
