【Abstract】 Teacher specialization is a developments course surmounted and perfected continuously. It is important to advance teachers’ quality and optimize educational resources, especially to build the teachers’ troops of primary school at elements educational stage. Because of the particularity of the elements education and its object, it will call for teachers of primary school specialization, which the specialization is different of those of other teachers. This paper introduces meaning of teacher specialization, necessariness and actuality of specialization of primary school teachers, and puts forward some ways promoting specialization of primary schoolteachers.更多还原
