ã€Abstractã€‘ The solidification process of a driving wheel hub cast with former foundry method was simulated to find out the reason causing shrinkage defects.Based simulation results,the former method was improved by adopting a top Connor feeder.The computer solidification simulation of castings cast with new method showed that new method could obviously improve casting quality,and the practical rejection rate after adopting new method in production has been obviously decreased.æ›´å¤š è¿˜åŽŸ
