【摘要】 自2001年7月至2002年12月在福建省各地共采集松树木质部样品256份,分离发现88份(34%)样品中含有伞真滑刃属Bursaphelenchus的线虫8种,本文先报道其中的4种:拟松材线虫Bursaphelenchus mucronatusMamiya&En-da,1979、赫列尼克斯伞真滑刃线虫B.hellenicus SkarmoutsosG.et al.,1998、霍夫曼尼伞真滑刃线虫B.hofmanniBra-asch,H.,1998、奇异伞真滑刃线虫B.aberransFang,et al.,2002.更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey of nematodes living in pine wood in Fujian province,China was conducted from July 2001 to December 2002.Eight species of Bursaphelenchus were discovered in 88 samples of Pinus Massoniana wood(34%) among 256 pine wood samples collected from Xiamen,Nanping,Longyan and other places of Fujian province.We report 4 species first:Bursaphelenchus mucronatus Mamiya & Enda,1979,B.hellenicus Skarmoutsos G.et al.,1998,B.hofmanni Braasch,H.,1998,B.aberrans Fang,et al.,2002.The Xiamen population of B.mucronatus is similar to Japan population,but different from Nanjing population;The Xiamen population of B.hellenicus is smaller than Greece population while its stylet is longer;The body length of Xiamen population of B.hofmanni is shorter than that of Germany population and its spicules length is shorter too;The Xiamen population of B.aberrans is similar to Guangdong population.B.hellenicus and B.hofmanni are discovered for the first time from China.更多还原
