霍尔式力传感器的研制

【摘要】 为了克服传统应变片式力传感器结构复杂、应变片之间平衡困难等缺点,将霍尔元件与弹性元件组合使用.利用霍尔元件能进行微小位移测量的优点,用霍尔元件代替应变片测量力传感器弹性体的形变,从而测量出力的大小.这种霍尔力传感器具有结构简单、精度高、线性好的优点,可作为便携式测量仪器的传感器使用.

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the defects,such as the complexity of traditional strain transducers’ configuration and the difficulty of holding strain foil’s balance,etc,the Hall’s component and the elastomer are put together to form the Hall’s force sensor.Some advantages of the Hall’s component are used in it,such as the meterage of micro displacement.The strain foil is replaced by the Hall’s component,to measure the transmutation of the elastomer,and then the formce put on it can be measured.This kind of the Hall’s force sensor has many advantages,such as the simple configuration,the high precision and the good linearity.So it is quite suitable to use as a portable measuring appliance.
