【摘要】 表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)是erbB(neu)家族成员之一,与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。综述近年来对EGFR的研究进展和它对乳腺癌的预测和预后价值。

【Abstract】 Epidermal growth factor receptor is a member of erbB(neu) family.It’s tightly related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.The advance in EGFR study and its value in prediction and prognosis of breast cancer were reviewed.
