【摘要】 目的　探讨胸腰段脊椎爆裂骨折的CT扫描价值。方法　回顾性分析 40例胸腰段脊椎爆裂骨折的影像和临床资料。所有患者CT扫描层厚、层距均为 5mm。结果　脊椎胸腰段爆裂骨折的CT表现如下 :椎体向心性爆裂 ,椎体高度减低 ,椎体纵或横形骨折崩解 ,碎骨片向后移位导致椎管狭窄 ,椎板骨折 ,部分伴随横突、棘突、关节突和 /或椎体骨折。椎管狭窄的程度与神经损伤有关。结论　CT扫描能很好地显示脊椎爆裂骨折和椎管狭窄的程度 ,对胸腰段爆裂骨折的诊断 ,评价脊髓的损伤及选择治疗方法上均有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of CT scann in g in thoracic and lumbar vertebra bursting fracture.Medthod The image and the clinical data of 40 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebra burstin g fracture were analyzed.The thickness of scanning slice was 5mm in all patients .Results The following signs were found by CT scanning:concentr ic burst of the vertebral body,decrease of vertebral height,vertical or horizont al crack of vertebral body,spinal canal stricture due to displace of fracture pi eces,lamina fracture occasionally accompanied by fractures of transverse,spinous and articular process and/or vertebral body fracture.Neurologic deficit was rel ated to the severity of spinal stricture.Conclusions CT scannin g can display the signs of thoracic and lumbar bursting fracture and the severit y of spinal canal stricture clearly.It plays an important role in the diagnosis of thoracic and lumbar vertebra bursting fracture,the evaluation of spinal cord injury and the selection of treatment.更多还原
