【摘要】 目的:总结肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤典型影像学表现。材料与方法:回顾分析24例经手术病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的典型X线、CT、MRI表现。结果:X线少有阳性发现,CT、MRI的典型表现为肾实质肿块边界清楚,内含多少不一的脂肪成分。结论:CT、MRI检查是诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To analyse the imaging features of the renal angiomyolipoma.Materials and Methods:The tipical X-ray、CT、MRI findings of 24 cases with the RAL confirmed by clinic and/or pathology were reviewed.Results:There is rare positive findings in X-ray.The tipical CT、MRI finds of RAL are renal tumors which have distinct margin with more or less fat component.Conclusion:CT、MRI examinations are effective methods for RAL diagnosis.更多还原
