【摘要】 目的:通过分析胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的影像学表现,以提高对GISTs的诊断水平。材料与方法:回顾性分析32例GISTs的临床及影像学资料。结果:病灶分布于食管2例,胃20例,小肠7例,升结肠1例,胃肠道外2例;肿瘤平均直径6.5cm。病理分型:良性7例,交界性7例,恶性18例。临床表现多为腹部不适(18/32),消化道出血(14/32),腹痛(11/32)和消瘦(5/32)。主要影像学表现为黏膜下富血供肿块,境界清晰光整,外生性为主,肿块内出血、坏死、囊变明显,局部淋巴结无转移。结论:GISTs的CT表现有一定的特征性,对诊断有一定的价值,但不能定性,确诊需依赖免疫组化和电镜检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To improve the ability of imaging diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs),with analysing imaging findings of GISTs.Materials and Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 32 patients with GISTs were analyzed and summarized.Results:Tumor located in the esophageal in 2 cases,stomach in 20 cases,small bowel in 7 cases,ascending colon in 1 cases and extragastrointestinal sites in 2 cases.The average size was 6.5cm in diameter.Immunohistochemical study diagnosed as benign in 7 cases,Imtermediate in 7 cases and malignant in 18 cases.The common symptoms were vague abdominal discomfort (18/32),gastrointestinal tract bleeding (14/32),abdominal pain (11/32) and weight loss (5/32).The main appearances included submucous hypervascular lesions with well-defined margins,predominating exophytic growth,obvious hemorrhage or necrosis and cystie changes within the mass and no metastases to local lymph nodes.Conclusion:The CT manifestations of GISTs show some characteritics which may play a role in the correct dianosis,but that is not comfirmatory.The final diagnosis is provided only by immunohistochemical and electron microscopic examination.更多还原
