【摘要】 目的介绍等离子刀髓核成形术治疗早中期腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法2003年6月～2004年12月用离子刀手术系统治疗腰椎间出盘突症21例,术后随访。详述手术过程、操作技巧及手术适应征。结果参照陆裕朴标准评定分级,优良率95.3%。结论等离子刀髓核成形术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全有效的微创手术。严格掌握适应征,娴熟操作技巧是其治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Introduce plastic surgery of nucleus pulposus using plasma to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in early and middle-age stage. Methods Operations in 21cases of lumbar disc protrusion with American Arthrocare Company’s plasma system. Results According to the LuYu-pu’s evaluation standard, excellent and good rates are 95.3%. Conclusion Plastic surgery of nucleus pulposus using plasma is a safe and effective micro-tramatec operation to treat lumbar disc protrusion in early and mid-age stage. Strictly select adaptive cases in early and mid-age stages, skillfully manipulation is critical for fine result.更多还原
