【摘要】 目的探讨霉菌性上颌窦炎的CT表现及诊断价值。方法对16例经手术病理证实为霉菌性上颌窦炎患者的CT、临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果CT表现:①上颌窦内欠均匀软组织影;②多样化的钙化影;③窦壁骨质增生硬化与局限性骨质破坏同时存在;④单侧多见。结论该病具有特征性的CT表现,87%以上的病人可明确诊断。CT扫描是该病首选影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CT diagnostic value in maxillary sinus asperillosis. Methods 16 cases verified by surgery and pathology were collected, their CT appearances, clinical features were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT specific sign included: ① Lack symmetrical opacification in maxillary sinus. ② Diversiform calcification. ③ Localized bone proliferation cirrhosis and destruction in sinus wall. ④ The unilateral location. Conclusions According to the specific CT appearances diagnosis can be established in 87 of patients. CT is the imaging modality of choice in this disease.更多还原
