【摘要】 目的探讨用带骨栓逆行交锁钉固定治疗股骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法取用带骨栓逆行交锁钉固定治疗股骨髁间骨折34例,其中C1型22例、C2型12例,术后48hCPM功能锻炼,1w内屈膝达90°,1w后持拐行走,骨折愈合后方弃拐。结果34例患者术后膝关节功能恢复良好,骨折端均获愈合,1例骨栓折断,内固定物无松脱。结论本术式治疗成人股骨髁间骨折,损伤少,操作方便,固定可靠,效果确切,并发症少,是理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the method of the management of femoral intercondylar fracture with retrograde locked intramedullary nail and bone stopper. Methods Of all the 34 patients, the femoral intercondylar fracture were treated with retrograde locked intramedullary nails and bone stoppers （Type C₁ 22 cases, Type C₂ 12 cases）. The CMP device was used two days after the operation, the flexion range of knee joint reached 90° within the first week. The patients could walk with the aid of stick a week after the operation till to the bone union. Results In all the cases the rehabilitation of the knee function was good with bone union. In one case, the bone stopper was broken, but the internal fixation had no loose.Conclusions The method provided by the author might be ideal to treat the adult femoral intercondylar fracture, with the advantage of less injure, convenient performance liable fixation and less complications.更多还原
