【摘要】 目的探讨全髋关节置换术的护理。方法对27例患者行全髋关节置换术。做好心理护理,术前术后护理,及早指导功能锻炼,合理调节饮食等措施,出院后随访半年以上。结果27例患者,切口均甲级愈合,无护理并发症,髋关节功能恢复好。结论通过精心护理,减少了患者卧床时间,利于早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing technique of total hip arthroplasty. Methods 27 patients were performed total hip arthroplasty in this department. Psychological nursing, preoperaitve and postoperative nursing, instructions of early functional exercises, proper diet taking were carried out in the nursing of these patients. Results 27 cases were with good wound healing. No complication was found and good hip functions were noticed. Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty was a good method to treat patients. Good preoperative nursing might reducing inbed time and enhancing hip function.更多还原
