【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect and surgical skill of the treatment for tibial and fibular fracture near the ankle with anatomical plate. Methods 19 cases of tibial and fibular fracture were treated with Link’s anatomical plate. Results All the fractures got united. The functions of limbs were satisfying. Conclusion Link’s anatomical plate used to distal tibial fracture is supperior to traditional plates. It can get good treatming outcome.更多还原
