【摘要】 目的总结采用小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的疗效。方法对58例患者采用小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣修复陈旧性跟腱断裂并随访。结果全部病例均经2～3年,平均26个月的随访,按Arner-lindholm评定标准判定,临床优良率达94.8%。结论小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂是一种效果较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the results of the treatment of chronic Achilles tendon rupture repaired by the flap of the aponeurosis reversed of triceps muscle of the calf. Methods The 58 cases of chronic Achilles tendon rupture were repaired by the flap of the aponeurosis reversed of triceps muscle of the calf and followed-up results. Results All 58 Cases were followed up from 2～3 years, average of 26 months, According to Arner-Lintholm’s evaluation criterion, the operation result of clinic excellent rate was 94.8%. Conclusion Using the flap of the aponeurosis reversed of triceps muscle of the calf is one of the best methods to treat the chronic achilles tendon rupture.更多还原
