【摘要】 目的　观察并比较成品金属螺纹桩和铸造金属桩在桩冠修复中的临床效果。方法　对 96颗经过完善根管治疗后的牙冠大面积龋坏缺损和因外伤冠折的上切牙进行桩冠修复 ,其中 4 5颗牙齿用成品金属螺纹桩做桩核修复 ,5 1颗牙齿采用铸造金属桩核修复 ,对其临床效果随访 4～ 5年。结果　成品金属螺纹桩冠组有 2例折断 ,4例松动 ,4例根折裂 ;铸造桩冠组则有 1例松动 ,1例根折裂 ,经统计学检验两组修复效果有差异 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论　在桩冠修复中 ,铸造桩核冠的修复方法临床效果优于成品金属螺纹桩核修复方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of using screw m ental post and cast post in post crown restoring respectively and bring into com parison. Methods 96 maxillary central incisor, which were cari ous in large scale or had been broken by outside force, were treated with post c rown restoring after completely root canal treatment. 45 of them had screw menta l post in restoring while others had cast post. Clinical effect was traced four to five years. Results There’re 2 post core broken, 4 post cor e loosen and 4 teeth had their root of tooth split in group using screw mental post and 1 post core loosen and 1 root of tooth split in another group. Signifi cant difference (P<0.01) can be found in restoring effect between the two g roup through statistical analysis. Conclusion The clinical effe ct of using screw mental post is better than that of using cast post in post cro wn restoring.更多还原
