场发射显示器研究现状
Progress in Field Emission Display
【摘要】 目前,场发射显示阴极仍以Spindt型为主。碳纳米管由于其独特的性质,也成为了各国研究的热点问题之一。本文概述了Spindt-FED和CNT-FED各自所具有的特点,并且对目前存在的问题及国内外的发展动态进行了综述。
