有机茶检测技术的现状与应用探讨
Discussion of Both Determination Technique and Application of Organic Tea
【摘要】 阐明了有机茶质量控制与有机茶检测之间的关系。概述了有机茶检测技术现状,探讨了一些新技术、新仪器在有机茶检测中的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the relation between the quality control of organic tea and the determination of organic tea.The situation of organic tea technique in present is briefly reviewed. The application prospect of some new techniques andequipments, which used in organic tea determination, are emphasis discussed.
