【Abstract】 The stripping voltammetry has the characteristics of sensitivity , accuracy ,selective and simplicity. Application of stripping voltammetry methods in trace element analysis in food is reviewed with 28 references. Anodic stripping voltammetry, adsorptive stripping voltammetry and potentiometric stripping analysis are described in details, and the application of the stripping voltammetry in the area of speciation analysis is also discussed.更多还原
