衍生-萃取-气相色谱法测定喷墨打印墨水中的甲醛

【摘要】 本文建立气相色谱衍生化法检测喷墨打印墨水中的甲醛含量。该法利用苯肼 ,对甲醛进行衍生化 ,后用正己烷萃取 ,利用DB - 5毛细柱进行分离 ,ECD检测器进行检测。方法回收率为 88%~ 98%、检测限为 :0 0 3mg/kg、精密度为 :3 2 %。该法快速、灵敏、准确。适用于同类产品的检测

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of formaldehyde in printer ink by(2,4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazine derivatization to formaldehyde,(2,4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazone and gas chromatography is described.reacting with(2,4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazine/hydrochloric acid solution the formaldehyde in printer ink was changed to formaldehyde,(2,4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazone,Extracting formaldehyde,(2,4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazone from the printer ink by n-hexane,then separated with the DB-5 capillary columns and detected by electron capture detector.The result showed that the recoveries were between 88%~98%,the RSD was 3. 2%,the detection limit was 0.03mg/kg.This method could detect a great lot of samples at the same time,which was reliable for determining formaldehyde in printer ink,and it offers mutuality data in order to establish criterion in printer ink guild.
