【摘要】 目的:了解口服轮状病毒活疫苗的稳定性。方法:将检定合格的6批口服轮状病毒活疫苗2~8℃放置6、9、12、15及37℃放置7、14、21、28 d,对其稳定性进行系列试验。结果:疫苗在2~8℃放置时外观及滴度具有良好的稳定性,疫苗滴度改变差异无统计学意义(F=1.001,P>0.05),37℃加速稳定性实验结果较差,滴度均达不到规程要求。结论:该疫苗运输及使用过程中应注意冷链要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know the stability of ratavirus vaccine.Methods:6 consecution lots of qualified oral Live Rotavirus Vaccine were stored at 2-8℃for 6,9,12,15 months and at 37℃ for 7,14,21,28 days,Stability test was carried out by detecting their physical changes and CCID₅₀ potency.Results:The results showed that the vaccine had good stability.Conclusion:It should pay more attention to the cold chain in the process.更多还原
