【摘要】 陈志潜教授生前作于20世纪90年代的这篇文章,在当前我国建设全面小康、和谐发展社会之际,对于改革农村基层医生培养目标和培养模式,进而提高农村居民的健康水平和生活质量依然有重要参考价值。而且文章所关注的“农村社会的卫生要求”与2002年以来WHO所发表的卫生报告的内容不谋而合,由此反映了陈教授言简而意赅。因此,CMB公共卫生教育改革项目资助此文发表。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Editorial Note] This paper was written by late Dr.C.C.Chen in 1990s.In the era of building an all-around well-off and harmonious society,the paper still has great value in the reform of training targets and patterns of rural grass-roots doctors and in the improvement of health standard and life quality of rural people.Moreover,the health requirements of rural society concerned in the paper are in conformity with health reports issued by WHO since 2002,which shows that the paper itself is concise and comprehensive.Therefore,The CMB Program of Public Health Education Reform in China grants the paper to be issued.更多还原
