双道原子荧光法同时测定保健食品中的砷和汞

【摘要】 目的:测定保健食品中砷和汞的含量。方法:采用硝酸一高氯酸处理样品,以氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:方法的检出限为砷0.1μg/L,汞为0.02μg/L,在0~100.0μg/L范围内砷的线性相关系数为0.9996,在0~50.0μg/L范围内汞的线性相关系数为0.9995,样品加标回收率分别为砷90.2%~100.8%,汞88.2%~104.3%。结论:本方法值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:Quantitative determination of arsenic and mercury in health food;Method:Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results:The limit of detection of arsenic was 0.10 μg/L, that of mercury was 0.02 μg/L, the recovery rates of arsenic were 90.2%-100.8%, those of mercury were 88.2%-104.3%,linear calibration curve for arsenic and mercury were measured within the range of 0-100 μg/L or 0-50 μg/L ,the correlative coefficient of arsenic was 0.9996, that of mercury was 0.9995.Conclusion:Themethod was deserved to be used widely.
