【摘要】 目的:了解织金县吸毒人群HIV感染率、危险行为特征和知识的知晓率,为制定吸毒人群预防控制艾滋病的策略提供科学依据。方法:采用同一问卷对强制戒毒所233名吸毒者进行调查,并用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和确认试验(WB)对吸毒者进行HIV初筛和确认。结果:233名吸毒者中HIV抗体阳性率18.0%,HIV感染者以城镇居民为主。静脉吸毒率71.2%。结论:吸毒人群HIV感染率高,在吸毒人群中应采取行之有效的干预措施,控制艾滋病的进一步传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand HIV seroprevlence, the characteristics risk behaviors and awareness of HIV-related knowledge among drug users in Zhijin County,and to make out the programs as to HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Methods:The 233 drug users were surveyed using the same questionnaire, HIV antibodies were screened and confirmed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western Blot (WB)respectively.Results:The result indicated that 71.2% of the 233 drug users were injecting drug user and 18.0% of the HIV seroprevalence in the population. Most of HIV infections were townspeople.Conclusion:[WT]It is estimated that HIV prevalence is high in Zhijin. There is a high risk of HIV infection among drug users in Zhijin. It is suggested that some interventions should be used on HIV/AIDS in drug users and clients to control HIV/AIDS transmission.更多还原
