【摘要】 目的:从居民健康需求的角度探讨家庭病床的发展空间。方法:对2003年4月~2004年10月接受海珠区红十字会医院家庭病床科服务的180名社区居民进行需求分析。结果:开设家庭病床长期服务的人群中,56%伴有心理问题;随着人民对健康的重视和家庭收入的逐渐提高,居民对家庭病床和出诊的需求也日益增加。结论:目前家庭病床的服务仍停留在治疗的水平上,随着经济的发展,收入的增加,人们健康意识的增强,以保健为主的家庭病床将增多。家庭病床的出现将填补住院和门诊之间的空白,具有一定的发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study development about family hospital bed(FHB)from resident healthy requirement.Methods:180 residents served by Red Cross Society hospital of Haizhu district were analyzed from April 2002 to June 2003.Results:Between the people of family hospital bed serve,56% person had phycological problem;following the development of family incoming step by step and healthy awareness reinforcement,residents had more and more need for family hospital bed and out-patient clinic.Conclusion:At present serve of family hospital bed was still kept in cure level,FHB of health protection should be increased with economy development,income increase and healthy awareness reinforcement.Occurrence of FHB fill vacuity between hospitalization and out-patient clinic,which posses potential.更多还原
