【摘要】 目的:了解糖尿病患者心理干预药物治疗疗效。方法:我们对深圳社区居民患糖尿病的60例患者进行Zung量表评分问卷调查,对高于40分的42例糖尿患者在原有治疗的基础上选择21例加用心理干预与百优解治疗。结果:可以有效地降低空腹血糖、餐后血糖、HbAlc。结论:对2型糖尿病患者进行心理干预及药物治疗可以明显提高糖尿病治疗效果,使其生活质量大大提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect 2-type NIDDM with psychotherapy.Methods:60 cases of 2-type NIDDM were investigated with Zung scale,42 cases up to 40 were selected.and divided into two groups of 21 cases.One of groups were given psychotherapy and SSRI based on original therapy.Results:The group of adding with psychotherapy and SSRI can decrese FBG ,PBG ,and HbAIc ,compared with the other group.Conclusion:Adding psychotherapy and SSRI can get better way to control 2-type NIDDM.更多还原
