【摘要】 目的:评价福建省结核病归口管理实施5年的防治成效。方法:建立健全结核病归口管理制度,采取行政干预、激励、健康教育相结合,落实归口管理措施。结果:医疗机构的疫情报告、转诊率显著提高,涂阳肺结核新登记率从1 2.2 / 1 0万提高到3 8/ 1 0万,治愈率保持在85 %以上。结论:归口管理是全面提高结核病控制质量的基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of the implementation of referring system of pulmonary tuberculosis in Fujian for five years.Methods:The referring system of pulmonary tuberculosis was established and carried out with administration interference,promotion and healty education.Results:The case report rate and referring rate increased obviously in hospitals.The new registered rate of the smear positive cases increased from 12.2 to 38 per 100,000;the cure rate of newly detected smear positive was kept more than 85%.Conclusion:The referring system of pulmonary tuberculosis is the foundation of increasing the quantity of tuberculosis control.更多还原
