【摘要】 目的 :摸清四川省农村改厕工作的现状 ,存在的主要问题。方法 :按全国爱办对标准卫生厕所的分类 ,参照儿童环境与环境卫生项目 (CES项目 )的工作方法开展调查。结果 :全省卫生厕所普及率为 33 4 6 % ,人畜粪便无害化处理率为 10 34% ,卫生厕所主要有沼气池、三格化粪池、完整下水道式 3种类型。结论 :增大改厕经费的财政投入 ,加强粪便无害化监测和加强农村卫生改厕适宜技术的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the situation and main problems of rebuilding sanitary toilets in rural areas of Sichuan province.Methods:Investigation was made with reference to the sanitary toilets classification standards made by the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee(NPHCC)and the working method of the Children Environment and Environment Sanitation(CES)project.Results:The prevalence rate of sanitary toilet in Sichuan province is 33.46%;the innoxious disposal rate of human and livestock’s feces is 10.34%;the main types of sanitary toilet are marsh gas pool,three-grid feces pool and complete sewer pool.Conclusions:To rebuild sanitary toilet needs alteration of the concepts,increment of financial input,strengthening surveillance of feces’ innoxious disposal and the appropriate skill training in rural area.更多还原
