【摘要】 目的 :收集成都市中心高档娱乐场所中女性性工作者人口学、社会行为学和流行病学资料 ,为该人群性病 /艾滋病防治干预工作做准备。方法 :采用方便抽样 ,对 15 4名女性性工作者进行匿名问卷调查。结果 :高档娱乐场所中女性性工作者的工作及性交易情况不同于以往调查的中、低档场所 ,她们收入高 ,即使每个月有一半的时间不工作 ,月收入2 0 0 0～ 4 0 0 0元者占 4 3 7% ,>4 0 0 0元者占 33 1% :文化程度以初中、高中 /职高、大专及大学的为主 ,分别占 15 1%、6 2 5 %、 2 0 4 % ;安全套使用情况好 ,最近一次与客人发生性关系时安全套使用率达到 94 4 % ;但性病 /艾滋病知识正确知晓情况还不足。结论 :对高档娱乐场所中女性性工作者进行性病 /艾滋病防治的干预工作仍然是有必要的 ,但干预方法有待进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To collect information of demology,sociologiy and epidemiology about female sexual workers in top grade entertainment place of Chengdu downtown district and to make preparation for further intervention of STD/AIDS.Methods:154 female sexual workers were selected by convenient sampling to process anonymous questionnaires survey.Results:The female sexual workers in top grade entertainment place have their own characteristics on work situation and sexual business.They are mostly of high-income,those with month income between 2000～4000 yuan and above 4000 yuan account for 43.7%and 33.1%.Educational level of them mostly are junior high school(15.1%),senior high school/occupational school(62.5%) and junior college or college(20.4%).The rate of condom use in last sexual contact with client is high(94.4%),but knowledge about STD/AIDS prevention is still deficient.Conclusion:It is still necessary to carry out prevention campaign for female sexual workers in top grade entertainment about STD/AIDS prevention,but the advisable way of intervention should be explored.更多还原
