【摘要】 目的制备斯皮仁诺尿素乳膏局部用于治疗灰指、趾甲。方法建立斯皮仁诺尿素乳膏的处方、配制和质量控制】,用乳膏对43例72个病甲进行疗效观察。结果制剂工艺简单,质量可靠,疗效显著,与斯皮仁诺口服疗效经检验无显著差别。结论斯皮仁诺尿素乳膏局部用于病甲上,克服了口服这一单一用药途径所造成的对肝功能损害等不良反应之局限。使用方便,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Sporannox carbonyldiamide was prepared to treat bacteria affected nails.METHOD The formulation,preparation and quality standard of sporannox carbonyldiamide were designed72 cases of 43 patients were treated with sporannox carbonyldiamide and the results were observed and recorded.RESULTS The preparation of sporannox carbonyldiamide is simple and its quality is stable,clinical result is effective.There is no obvious difference from Sporannox oral.CONCLUSION Sporannox carbonyldiamide is a convenient and effective treament for bacteria affected nails and it is the other option that has no side effect to liver of oral pills.更多还原
