【摘要】 目的:对西替利嗪和咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的成本效果进行分析。方法将患者分为两组,每组30例,分别服用西替利嗪和咪唑斯汀,除观察疗效外还进行成本效果分析。结果两组疗效相当,均无明显的不良反应。但西替利嗪的治疗成本明显低于咪唑斯汀。结论西替利嗪和咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高、安全性好。西替利嗪比咪唑斯汀治疗成本低。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the cost and effectiveness of cetirizine and mizolastine in treating chronic urticaria.METHOD The Patients were divided into 2 groups,30 Patients in cetirizine group,and 30 Patients in mizolastine group.All Patients received cetirizine and mizolastine 10 mg,Po,for 14 days,respectively.Therapeutil effect was observed,the cost and effectiveness of two drugs were analyzed.RESULTS The effective rates of cetirizine group and mizolastine group were 90%and 93.33%,respectively,the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The adverse reaction for both groups were mild.The cost of cetirizine was lower than that of mizolastine.CONCLUSION Cetirizine and mizolastine are effective and safe in treating chronic urticaria,but cetirizine is cheaper than mizolastine.更多还原
