【摘要】 目的利用高效液相色谱图对照法控制三黄片的质量和生产工艺。方法制备三黄片半成品、成品、对照品的HPLC色谱图,测算大黄素、大黄酚总量,比较色谱图的共有峰和异常色谱峰。结果本法能有效控制三黄片含量和生产工艺。结论高效液相色谱图对照法可作为三黄片生产过程中质量监控的一个重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECT To control producion and quality of SanHang Tablet by comparison HPLC chromatogram.METHODS Prepared HPLC chromatograms of SanHuang Tablet’s semi-manufactued goods,finished product and contrast chromatogram;Calcutated gross of emodin and Chrysophanol;Compared characteristic and abnormity peaks.RESULT The method can control assay of SanHuang Tablet,and monitor manufacture’s course.CONCLUSION To compare HPLC chromatograms is an important quality control’s instrument in SanHuang Tablet’s manufacture course.更多还原
