【摘要】 目的观测醒酒浓缩液对醉酒小鼠防醉和解酒作用。方法采用醉酒模型并测试小鼠翻正反射消失时间及恢复时间(min),气相色谱检测血中乙醇含量。结果(1)30mL/kg、40mL/kg醒酒浓缩液对醉酒小鼠具有明显防醉和解酒作用(P<0.05~0.01);(2)醉酒前给小鼠ig醒酒浓缩液,中、高剂量组能明显降低酒后40~120min内血液中乙醇舍量(P<0.05~0.01)。结论本品具有较好预防醉酒和解酒作用,其作用机理可能与其降低血中乙醇含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe Anti-drunken Condensed Liquors effect on the mouse in relation to its keeping away from drunkenness as well as the liquor’s anti-drunken effect.METHODS Using the drinking device to test the time(min) in which the mice’s symptom disappears or is relieved,and to examine the alcohol content in the blood by spectrum phases.RESULTS 1.30mL/kg or 40mL/kg Anti0 drunken Condensed Liquor shows the conspicuous effect of anti-drunkenness and soberness on the mouse(P<0.05 0.01).2.When the mouse takes ig Anti-drunken Condensed Liquor before drunken,medium and high dose can greatly reduce the blood content(P <0.05-0.01) in the blod in 40-120 min affer drunken.CONCLUSION The produet has outstanding anti-drunken and sober effect and its sunction xystem is probably related to the reduction of alcohol content in the blood.更多还原
