【摘要】 目的建立野菊花中绿原酸的含量测定方法,控制其质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以AgilentZORBAXSB-C18柱为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(9:91)。为流动相,检测波长为327nm,流速1.0mL/min,采用面积外标法计算。结果绿原酸浓度在1.02~102.0mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.82%(RSD=1.2%,n=9)。结论本方法简便易行,结果准确,可有效控制生药的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Chrysanthemi Indici. METHOD High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was applied to determine the content. Analysis column of Agilent ZORBAX SB-C₁₈ （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）, mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution （9∶91）,detective wavelength at 327nm, flow rate of 1.0mL/min and external standard method were selected in assay. RESULTS The method was linear over the rang of 1.02¹02.0mg/L, r=0.9998, the average recovery was 99.82%（RSD=1.2%, n=9）. CONCLUSION This method is proved to be simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.更多还原
