一种分离姜黄素的柱色谱方法(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 目的建立一种提取与分离姜黄素的方法。方法用醇提法从姜黄中提取姜黄素,用柱色谱法把姜黄素从醇提物中与其它杂质分离。结果得到了纯度为79.4%的姜黄素样品。结论醇提法和柱色谱法结合进行姜黄素的提取和分离是可行的。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method for separation curcumin from turmeric. METHOD Curcumin was extracted from turmeric by ethanol, and separated from others with the column chromatography. RESULTS By way of the experiment,the purity curcumin of 79.4% was gained. CONCLUSION The method developed is feasible.
