【摘要】 目的建立舒痉胶囊中甘草次酸含量测定的方法。方法采用HPLC,色谱条件:流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(90∶10),检测波长:250nm。结果含量测定平均回收率为98.6%(n=5),RSD为0.53%。结论建立的方法用于舒痉胶囊中甘草次酸含量测定,快速,准确,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 S:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhetinic acid contents in Shujing capsule. METHODS HPLC was used, using methanol -0.05% phosphoric acid (90∶10) as mobile phase, detected at 250nm. RESULTS The average recovery was 98.6%, and the RSD was 0.53%(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is accurate and can be used in the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Shujing capsule.更多还原
